2 tbsp (30 mL) Flat leaf parsley, finely chopped

1 tbsp (15 mL) Lemon zest, peeled and finely diced

1 cup (250 mL) Schneiders Hickory Smoked Classic Cut Bacon, diced

1 tsp (5 mL) Finely chopped garlic

 

 

 

Cook bacon in a medium fry pan on medium heat with a splash of oil until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes.  Strain, and lay out on a piece of paper towel and let cool

Combine parsley, garlic, lemon zest and ¼ cup of crispy bacon in a bowl and mix to combine
