D\u00e9poser le bacon cuit sur une assiette recouverte d\u2019essuie-tout pour l\u2019\u00e9goutter, et verser le gras de bacon de la po\u00eale dans un bol r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le gaufrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer la farine, le sucre, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te et le sel, puis fouetter le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un autre petit bol, fouetter ensemble le lait et les \u0153ufs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de lait aux ingr\u00e9dients secs et fouetter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te lisse, sans trop m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter le beurre fondu et fouetter doucement pour combiner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire cuire les gaufres selon les instructions de votre gaufrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que les gaufres cuisent, dans une petite casserole, m\u00e9langer le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, le gras de bacon et le bacon hach\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porter le sirop \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis retirer du feu.
