mousser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le bol d\u2019un batteur sur socle, ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour la p\u00e2te et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 basse vitesse jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit lisse, environ 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Huiler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement un grand bol, y placer la p\u00e2te et couvrir avec un torchon humide. Placer le bol dans un endroit ti\u00e8de et laisser lever la p\u00e2te pendant 1 heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que la p\u00e2te l\u00e8ve, dans un petit bol, ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la garniture et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que la p\u00e2te a doubl\u00e9 de volume, la sortir du bol et la diviser en quatre. Aplatir au rouleau chaque morceau de p\u00e2te pour former des cercles de 10 po.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 \u00b0F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recouvrir une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et y d\u00e9poser un cercle de p\u00e2te. Badigeonner d\u2019\u0153uf, en laissant 1 po autour du cercle non couvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diviser la garniture en 3 et en r\u00e9partir&nbsp;\u2153&nbsp;sur la zone badigeonn\u00e9es d\u2019\u0153uf. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter ces \u00e9tapes avec les 2 couches suivantes de p\u00e2te et de garniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter le dernier morceau de p\u00e2te sur le dessus et appuyer doucement avec vos mains pour maintenir le tout en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un bol de 10 po plac\u00e9 sur la p\u00e2te, couper l\u2019exc\u00e9dent de p\u00e2te sur les bords avec un couteau tranchant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer un moule \u00e0 anneaux de 2 po au milieu de la p\u00e2te et couper 16 tranches \u00e9gales \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau tranchant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prendre 2 tranches et les torsader, puis appuyer fermement sur les deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s ensemble pour souder la p\u00e2te. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l\u2019op\u00e9ration avec les autres tranches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec du film plastique et laisser la p\u00e2te lever pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Badigeonner le dessus du pain avec l\u2019\u0153uf battu et faire cuire \u00e0 350 \u00b0F pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit
