Black Forest Ham Cheesy Egg Cups
12 Eggs
1 cup Shredded cheddar
2 tbsp Green onions
Cooking spray
Lightly spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
Press one slice of ham into each cup.
Gently crack eggs one by one into a small measuring cup and carefully pour into ham cup.
Divide cheddar and top each egg.
Bake on center rack of oven for about 15 minutes or until eggs are set and cooked through. Edges of ham should be golden brown and cheese has melted.
Allow to set and cool for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from pan, garnish with onions.
Serve immediately.
