1 Pkg Schneiders® Juicy Jumbos® All Beef Wieners
6 Hot dog buns
¼ cup Sliced cucumbers
¾ cup Pico de gallo salsa
1 cup Guacamole
¼ cup Spicy mayo
Grill the wieners as directed per package.
Place each wiener in a bun, evenly top each wiener with guacamole, Pico de Gallo salsa, cucumbers, and drizzle with mayo. Serve.
Notes:
Serve with a Mexican corn salad.
