Chicago Style Juicy Jumbos
Take a culinary trip to the Windy City with our big & bold all-beef Juicy Jumbos. Topped with pepperoncinis and baby dills, these dogs deliciously blend subtle heat and a bit of tang, all served on a classic poppyseed bun.
8 Schneiders Juicy Jumbos All Beef Wieners
¼ cup yellow mustard
¼ cup sweet relish
½ white onion, diced
1 plum tomato, diced; approx. ½ cup
9 green pepperoncini peppers, stems removed, halved
4 baby dill pickles, quartered
Celery salt
8 Poppyseed buns
Preheat BBQ to 350F.
Grill Juicy Jumbos per package instructions.
For Assembly:
Place the hot dog in the bun. Start with a line of mustard and relish.
Add a spoonful of onion and tomato, then add 3 pieces of pepperoncini pepper and 2 pickle spears per hot dog.
Finish with a pinch of celery salt over everything.
