Coleslaw Topped Wieners
6 Schneiders® Red Hots® Wieners or Schneiders® Original Recipe All Pork Wieners
6 Sesame seed buns
1 cup Shredded cabbage
2 tbsp Ranch dressing
3 pcs Schneiders® Hickory Smoked Classic Cut Bacon, cooked until crispy then crumbled
18 slices Pickled jalapeno
Preheat grill to 350ºF (175ºC).
Mix cabbage and ranch dressing together.
Grill Schneiders® wieners to package instructions.
Divide cabbage amongst the buns, add the Schneiders® wieners, then 3 slices of jalapeno per bun and top with crumbled bacon.
