2 cups frozen cranberries
1/3 cup brown sugar
¾ cup orange juice
1 star anise
½ t cinnamon
¼ t chili flakes
Place all ingredients in a small pot and stir to combine.
Cook on low heat until the sugar has dissolved and the glaze is thick and glossy; approx. 20 minutes.
Leave it chunky or blend until smooth, depending on your preference.
