Take a tasty tour with this internationally-inspired arrangement. Experience our delicious European meats, crafted from authentic recipes and our best cuts of pork. Paired with Dutch and English cheeses, French cucumbers, and a variety of fruits, nuts, and preserves from across the continent, this layout is three things – simple, sophisticated and savoury.
75 g Schneiders® Italian Dry Salami
225 g Schneiders® Italian Dry Salametti, sliced
75 g Schneiders® Hot Calabrese Salametti, sliced
75 g Schneiders® Hot Capocollo, thinly sliced at the deli counter
100 g Schneiders® Naturally Smoked Ukrainian Garlic Sausage, sliced ¼ inch thick
200 g Camembert cheese
150 g English Stilton cheese
200 g aged Gouda cheese
1 cup red grapes
1 cup green grapes
1 cup toasted walnuts
1 cup pistachios
½ cup grainy mustard
½ cup fig preserve
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 parisienne cucumbers, sliced
Artisanal crackers
Good quality olives
On a large serving platter or wood charcuterie board artfully arrange the meat leaving space for the other ingredients.
Fill in board with cheese, grapes, nuts and preserves.
Serve with olives, crackers and vegetables.
Tips:
These boards are very versatile, use your favourite cheeses, fruit and pickled vegetables. You can’t go wrong.
