Jumbo Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Nestled inside their bacon wraps, the shrimp stay exceptionally moist and pick up a smoky, lightly salted taste. For dipping, BBQ sauce and sriracha together give regular cocktail sauce a spicy upgrade.



12 slices Schneiders® Hickory Smoked Classic Cut Bacon, cut in half

24 Jumbo shrimp

1 cup (250 mL) Prepared BBQ sauce

2 tbsp (30 mL) Sriracha sauce


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

Lay bacon onto a parchment-lined baking sheet

Cook bacon for about 10 minutes or until just starting to crisp. Allow to cool

Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and secure tightly with a toothpick

Place shrimp on a clean parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and bacon is crisp

In a bowl, mix together bbq sauce and sriracha

Serve immediately
