Kale Caesar Dressed Hot Dogs


6 Schneiders® Juicy Jumbos® Original Wieners

6 Brioche hot dog buns, toasted

5 slices Schneiders® Hickory Smoked Classic Cut Bacon, diced, cooked until crispy

¼ cup Good quality Caesar dressing

1 tsp (5 mL) Lemon juice

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup Baby kale

Preheat grill to 350 F.

Grill Juicy Jumbos® wieners to package instructions.

Lightly toast buns.

Mix dressing and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Mix kale with half the Caesar dressing and divide amongst the buns.

Place Juicy Jumbos® wieners on kale, sprinkle with cheese and top with crispy bacon.

Drizzle Juicy Jumbos® wieners with remaining dressing.

Notes :
Try adding melted butter to the bun before toasting.
