Kicked up Classic Smoked Sausages

Smoky, spicy, cheesy and delicious this sausage on a bun is a BBQ winner!

1 375 g pkg Schneiders® Naturally Hardwood Smoked Classic Recipe Smoked Sausages, scored

5 Soft poppy seed sausage or hot dog rolls, split

1 small Jalapeno, sliced

½ small Red onion, sliced

5 slices Cheddar cheese

Prepare sausages per package direction using the grilling method.

Toast rolls lightly on grill and immediately line roll with cheese.

Assemble by placing sausage onto the roll allowing cheese to melt followed by jalapeno and red onion.

Notes:
Add some of your favourite toppings like coleslaw, grainy mustard, fried onions and serve with kettle chips and potato salad.
