Mango Marmalade Glazed Ham

The chutney and marmalade combine to make a spicy, sweet glaze for your Easter ham. Serve this with your favourite side dishes. 


1 Schneiders® Applewood Smoked Original Ham

1/4 cup (60 mL) Marmalade

2 tbsp (30 mL) Mango chutney

1 tsp (5 mL) Lemon zest

1 tbsp (15 mL) Lemon juice

2 tsp (10 mL) Yellow mustard

1 clove Garlic, minced

Dash of hot sauce

3 tbsp (45 mL) Brown sugar

Whisk together all of the ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl or jar.

Cook ham according to the package directions. Brush with glaze every 10 minutes during the cooking time.

Serve any additional glaze on the side.
