Dijon Aioli Salami Sandwich

40 g Schneiders® Italian Dry Salami

40 g Schneiders® Hot Genoa Salami

½ cup (125 mL) Baby arugula

3 slices Fontina cheese

¼ cup (60 mL) Thinly sliced fennel

1 Fresh demi baguette

Aioli

¼ cup (60 mL) Mayonnaise

1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard

1 small clove Garlic, finely grated

Mix mayo, Dijon and garlic together.

Split the baguette and spread aioli on the top and bottom of the bread.

Start with a layer of Schneiders® salami then cheese, another layer of Schneiders® salami and top with arugula and fennel.
