1 pkg Schneiders® Naturally Hardwood Smoked Classic Recipe Sausages, cut into ¼ inch rounds

1 Flatbread (150 g)

½ cup Tomato sauce

125 g Fior de latte cheese, thinly sliced

¼ cup Caramelized onion

½ cup Rapini, blanched, roughly chopped

¼ cup Olives, pitted, cut into quarters

Pepperoncini peppers to taste

Preheat oven to flatbread specifications.

Spread the tomato sauce over the flatbread.

Evenly scatter the onions, rapini and olives over the tomato sauce.

Top with slices of cheese and sausage.

Bake per package instructions.

Top with pepperoncini peppers (optional).
