Warm Kolbassa Ring
1 pkg Schneiders® Naturally Smoked Kolbassa Sausage ring
½ cup Sauerkraut, drained
4 oz Cheddar cheese, sliced ¼ inch thick
2 tbsp Grainy mustard
½ cup Pretzels, crushed
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Slice the Schneiders kolbassa 10 times, on the bias, ¾ of the way through the meat.
Slide a piece of cheese in each slice of meat and top with sauerkraut.
Place on baking sheet and bake until cheese is melted and sausage warmed through, 5 to 10 minutes.
Drizzle mustard over sauerkraut and top with crushed pretzels.
