Peameal Bacon
Peameal bacon is a Schneiders® tradition going back generations. Unlike regular bacon, it’s made with pork loin. We cure that in a brine, and the resulting flavour is mildly sweet and subtle. It’s fully cooked, so just slice it to your desired thickness and give it a bit of char in the pan: the caramelization gives the flavour added depth.
