1 700 g Schneider’s Original Applewood Smoked Ham

1/3 cup honey

2 tbsp bourbon or rye whisky

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp grainy mustard

¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Whisk together honey, bourbon, garlic, mustard and pepper. Cook ham according to the package directions. Brush with glaze every 10 minutes during the cooking time.

Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle with parsley.

Tips:

Serve with buttery mashed potatoes and snap peas topped with garlic butter and a sprinkling of fresh thyme.
