Flaky Pastry made from Scratch
We set out to create the ultimate chicken pot pie. It starts, of course, with perfect pastry: flaky, tender, baked until golden. Inside, succulent hunks of chicken breast. The rich, creamy gravy, thick with celery, carrots, onions, and peas, is fresh-tasting and subtly spiced with nutmeg and marjoram. A homestyle classic.
Pastry: Wheat flour; Lard; Water; Salt.
Filling: Water; Chicken; Milk ingredients; Carrots; Chicken fat; Onions; Celery; Peas; Modified corn starch; Wheat flour; Salt; Sugars (dextrose); Hydrolyzed soy protein; Chicken broth; Onion powder; Spice; Garlic powder; Disodium inosinate and guanylate.
