Jumbo Summer Sausage
This sausage is prepared according to German tradition. We grind the pork and stuff it inside a cotton bag, and it’s smoked right in the bag. It’s intensely smoky, with spice notes of coriander and ginger, and has a sharp, fermented bite. A very authentic taste.
