Schneiders®’ reputation was built on its hams, so we take a lot of time making them just right. We carefully select the tastiest cuts from the hindquarter, and blend them to get a perfect ratio of meatiness and juiciness. Following a cure of water, salt, and brown sugar, the hams are smoked over hardwood, all for about seven hours. Conveniently sliced into steaks for smaller occasions.
