Danish Blue Cheese and Buttermilk Wing Dip
Cool blue cheese and buttermilk makes
the perfect dip for any crispy or saucy wings – especially spicy ones!
80 g crumbled Danish blue cheese
3 tbsp buttermilk
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp white vinegar
¼ tsp granulated sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
½ tsp chopped fresh dill
¼ tsp each salt and pepper
In a small bowl mash blue cheese, buttermilk, garlic, vinegar, and sugar with a fork.
Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 2 days.
