One of the mainstays of Schneiders® heritage, this sausage is crafted in a very traditional fashion: choice pork cuts, coarsely ground, stuffed into natural hog casing (which naturally curls into a ring). It’s medium-spiced, with garlic, white and black pepper at the forefront. Very juicy and satisfying.
